A subscription unlocks wallet connections that power real-time portfolio analytics and allow you to match your holdings against potential trading pairs in our Trade Aggregator. The Trade Aggregator helps you explore the most efficient trading combinations and exchanges to deploy your strategies. Subscriptions also include advanced risk/return metrics and expanded analytic tools.

Credit/debit cards via Stripe. Crypto payments (BTC and stablecoins) are coming soon.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

No. Elan Insights is a non-custodial data mining, analytics, and decision modeling platform. Your assets remain in your own wallets and exchanges.

We will never ask for your private keys. Web3 wallet data comes from your public address only. We will never ask for Centralized Exchange (CEX) API keys; if you choose to connect, balances are accessed securely via your local browser storage (Google/Apple password managers, etc.). We comply with privacy laws and never sell user data.

All major Web3 wallets like MetaMask are supported through decentralized exchange (DEX) connections. CEX connections (Binance, OKX, Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini, etc.) are coming soon. We expand support based on demand.

You don’t connect your Web3 wallet directly to Elan Insights. Instead, your wallet extension (like MetaMask) is detected and opened when you interact with the exchange of your choice. CEX connections will be handled via your browser’s password manager.

No. We never execute trades on your behalf. We provide analytics, strategy exploration, and trade routing visibility. When you discover a trade you like, we’ll link you to the exchange (sometimes directly to the trade pair) so you can execute it yourself.

We are building a free learning hub (elaninsights.info) with novice, intermediate, and advanced content — in partnership with educational providers. This will help anyone understand crypto investing and risk management.

No. We provide tools, analytics, and sometimes even entertainment to support decision-making — but never financial advice or recommendations.

Our nonprofit parent is based in the United States. Our operating subsidiary is based in Puerto Rico under Act 60.

Elan Insights is a non-custodial SaaS platform. We are not a broker/dealer or an investment advisory service.

No account is required to browse and use public strategies and analytics. A subscription account is required for wallet connections, the Trade Aggregator, and premium features. Our principle is: information is free, convenience is paid.

We don’t officially support account sharing. If you choose to share your login and wallet information with family, that’s at your own risk. Sometimes sharing is caring, sometimes it’s too much information.
