Is Elan Insights a regulated financial entity? No, we are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or exchange. We provide software tools and analytics only.
How does the platform ensure my funds are safe? Elan Insights never takes custody of funds. Your crypto assets always remain in your own wallets and exchanges.
What is the trade aggregator tool? It allows you to compare and route potential trades across multiple exchanges, showing the most efficient trading combinations.
What tokens and exchanges are supported? We support major decentralized wallets and exchanges, with centralized exchange integrations (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini, etc.) coming soon.
How is my data protected? We never ask for private keys. Wallet connections use public addresses only. CEX balances are read through your browser’s local storage. We comply with applicable privacy laws and never sell data.
What are my privacy rights? You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data in compliance with GDPR/CPRA and other applicable laws.
How does Elan Insights handle AML/KYC? As a non-custodial SaaS provider, Elan Insights is not subject to custodial AML/KYC requirements. You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
What risks should I be aware of? Cryptocurrency carries inherent risks, including volatility, smart contract failures, exchange outages, regulatory changes, and data inaccuracies. Use the platform at your own risk.
Is Elan Insights available in Japan or South Korea? Currently, the platform is not available in jurisdictions where restrictions apply. Users must ensure compliance with their own local regulations.
How are updates to the Agreement communicated? Updates are published on our website and may also be emailed to registered users. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
